My Name is Sofia and I am an Ambassador Girl Scout. I want to provide young people a place to find a bunch of valuable mental health resources. I have always been very passionate about mental health and I do not believe it gets discussed nearly enough. We have been taught that mental health is something that we should not discuss because it is either "too taboo" or "not that important". This could not be further from the truth. We have to come together to break down this stigma so that people learn how to discuss mental health in a helpful, respectful way.
