Perform these skits with your family or friends to practice breaking the stigma

Your friend has been really quiet and distant lately and hasn't explained why. What could you say to help them feel safe to open up and tell you about what's going on?

You are really upset because you recently failed a test but you feel too embarrassed to tell anyone. What else could you do to express how you feel in a healthy way?

Your friend tells you that they are being bullied and are angry and wants to confront the bully, how can you guide them to express their emotions in a healthy way? 

Your friend is frustrated because they are working on a group project and they feel like they are the only one doing work, how could you help them work through these feelings? 

You didn’t do your homework, so your parents took away your TV time, which really helps you to destress, how can you tell them how it made you feel in a productive way? 

Your friends are planning a party and are not inviting you; how can you express how you feel?
